Disc Golf Course Policies

• The day pass covers disc golf only. It does not include trail walking, hiking, fishing, camping, or other recreational activities.

• Please park only in designated spaces in the Wolfman Woods lot and refrain from driving on the course or off-road.

• Pack it in, pack it out—please bring all trash back to the bins at the Wolfman Woods starting point.

• We love music, too! Please keep speaker volume at a reasonable level to respect our neighbors and fellow players.

• Be respectful to others on the course. Always yield to players ahead, and never throw if there is a chance of hitting someone.

• Dogs are welcome! Please keep all pets on a leash at all times during your visit.

DISC GOLF LIABILITY WAIVER

Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk: To the best of my knowledge, I am in good physical condition and fully able to participate in activities at Wolfman Woods Disc Golf Course. I understand that participating in disc golf involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, death, and property damage (such as damage to buildings, vehicles, or injury to bystanders). I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, hazards, and associated financial costs.

Release of Liability & Hold Harmless: In consideration for being permitted to play, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Jackson Martin, Wolfman Woods, and their respective owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to any loss, injury, death, or property damage sustained while on the property or participating in disc golf.

Agreement to Course Rules: I agree to abide by all posted course rules and guidelines. I understand that failure to follow these rules may result in immediate dismissal from Wolfman Woods without a refund.

Acknowledgement & Signature: By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read this Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement, fully understand its terms, and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed.

Media Release: I grant Wolfman Woods permission to capture and use my image, likeness, voice, or video footage recorded during my visit for promotional, marketing, or publicity purposes in any media format without compensation, notification, or prior approval.
